Manually Updating the Activation Code

The activation code in Jamf Pro must be updated every time a new one is generated for your instance.

Current activation codes are located in the Jamf Account portal under your Jamf Pro Licenses.

For Jamf Pro 11.9.1 or later, the activation code is applied automatically when the Jamf Pro instance reaches its renewal date. No action is required.

For Jamf Pro 11.9.0 or earlier, you must manually update the activation code. You can click the sync button in Jamf Account, or manually paste the activation code in Jamf Pro.
