Obtaining the Service Token File from Apple Business

  1. Log in to Apple Business.
  2. If prompted, follow the onscreen instructions to verify your identity.
  3. Click Devices at the top of the page.
  4. Click Management Services in the sidebar.
  5. Click Add next to Add device management service.
  6. Enter a unique name for your device management service in the Service Name field.
  7. Select or deselect the Allow this service to release devices checkbox.
    Note:

    Jamf recommends deselecting this checkbox. For more information, see Release devices in Apple Business.

  8. Use the Upload Certificate field to upload the public key you downloaded from Jamf Pro.
  9. Click Next.
  10. Click the More button, and then click Download Token.
  11. Choose Download Token from the pop-up window and save to your computer.
