Self Service classic for mobile is supported on iOS 10 and later, iPadOS 13 or later, and visionOS 1.1 or later. By default, the App Store will install the version of the Self Service app that is compatible with the device's OS version. The table below shows the versions of Self Service available for each operating system.

Once installed, the Self Service app can only be uninstalled by removing the MDM profile and deleting the application from the device. For more information on removing MDM profiles, see Unmanaging Mobile Devices in the Jamf Pro Documentation.
