Requirements
- One of the following:
Jamf GovCloud Premium Cloud Plus
An on-premise environment
A Jamf ID with a valid Jamf Pro subscription. To create a Jamf ID, go to: Jamf Account.
Note:
As of Jamf Pro 11.14.0, the Cloud Services connection is enabled by default in most cloud-hosted environments and cannot be manually enabled. If the Cloud Services connection is disabled incorrectly, contact Jamf Support for assistance.
- In Jamf Pro, click Settings in the sidebar.
- In the Global section, click Cloud services connection .
- Enter your Jamf ID credentials.
- Click Save .
A message displays reporting the success or failure of the connection.
