  1. In Jamf Pro, click Computers , Devices , or Users in the sidebar.
  2. Click Static computer groups, Static device groups, or Static user groups.
  3. Click New.
  4. Enter a display name for the group.
  5. Enter a brief explanation of the content or purpose of the group in the Description field.
  6. Click the Assignments tab and select the checkbox for each computer, device, or user you want to add, or use the checkbox to select all computers, devices, or users.
  7. Click Save .
  8. (Optional) Click View to view a list of group memberships.

Computers become members of the group the next time they check in with Jamf Pro.

Mobile devices become members of the group the next time they contact Jamf Pro.
