The Cloud Services connection allows your Jamf Pro instance to connect with available Jamf-hosted services.

A Cloud Services connection is required to use the following services:

  • Apple Watch enrollment

  • Blueprints

  • Compliance benchmarks

  • Declaration Storage Service

  • Device compliance with Microsoft Entra for on-premise environments

  • Icon Service for optimized storage and handling of Self Service icons

  • Jamf Cloud Distribution Service (JCDS)

  • Jamf Platform Integration Service for integrating with Jamf Connect and Jamf Protect

  • Jamf Pro Summary submission

  • Jamf Remote Assist

  • Option to deploy Self Service+ for macOS automatically to managed computers

  • Option to download a Jamf-signed CSR when creating or renewing a push certificate

  • OIDC-based single sign-on (SSO) in Jamf Account for Jamf Pro administrators
