To navigate to the Jamf Pro health check page, append "healthCheck.html" to your Jamf Pro URL. For example:
https://JAMF_PRO_URL.jamfcloud.com/healthCheck.html (hosted in Jamf Cloud)
https://JAMF_PRO_URL.com:8443/healthCheck.html (hosted on-premise)
Important:
"healthCheck.html" is case-sensitive.
Depending on which web browser you use, the status will either:
- Display on the screen
- Download to your computer as an HTML file
Once you have identified the status of your environment, you can take steps to resolve any issues that were found.
