User extension attributes allow you to manually add additional inventory information to a user inventory record. Extension attribute values are populated by using an input type, which can be any of the following:
Text field
Pop-up menu
In Jamf Pro, you can create user extension attributes manually. They are displayed in the General category of user inventory information.
Note:
User extension attribute data can only updated manually or via the Classic API.
