The single sign-on (SSO) integration with Jamf Account allows administrators to use a centralized SSO configuration for all supported Jamf products. This integration also enables multi-factor authentication for an additional layer of security.
SSO through Jamf Account allows you to use a cloud-based identity provider (IdP) configured in Jamf Account to log in to Jamf Pro. If you do not have an IdP that uses OIDC (OpenID Connect) available, or do not wish to set up an IdP for your test environment, this integration also allows you to log in to Jamf Pro using your Jamf ID. For more information about SSO through Jamf Account, see the Jamf Account Documentation.
Enabling SSO through Jamf Account is required to access some Jamf platform capabilities and services, such as blueprints and compliance benchmarks.
Before you can enable SSO through Jamf Account, and features that require the SSO integration with Jamf Account, you must enable OIDC authentication in Jamf Pro.
