Requirements
To enable the Cloud Services connection, you need a Jamf ID with a valid Jamf Pro subscription.
To create a Jamf ID, go to: Jamf Account.
- In Jamf Pro, click Settings in the sidebar.
- In the Global section, click Cloud services connection .
- Enter your Jamf ID credentials.
- Click Save .
A message displays reporting the success or failure of the connection.
After enabling the connection, your Jamf Pro instance is automatically connected to the Icon Service, and new Self Service icons uploaded to Jamf Pro are stored in the cloud-based Icon Service rather than in your Jamf Pro database. This results in improved database performance and reduced memory usage.
