When Jamf Remote Assist is enabled, Jamf Pro may automatically send MDM commands relating to Jamf Remote Assist profiles on managed computers, specifically when interacting with the management tab of a computer inventory record. This expected behavior is initiated proactively by Jamf Pro, even if you are not starting a Jamf Remote Assist session, and allows the Jamf Remote Assist app on managed computers to respond promptly if a session is initiated.
