Downloading a Configuration Profile

If you want to view the contents of a configuration profile for troubleshooting purposes, you can download the profile (.mobileconfig) from Jamf Pro.

  1. In Jamf Pro, click Computers or Devices in the sidebar.
  2. Click Configuration Profiles in the sidebar.
  3. Click the configuration profile you want to download.
  4. Click Download .

The profile downloads immediately.
