The end user will receive a notification from Jamf Pro to connect to the administrator's session.
- The user must click the notification received from Jamf Pro to open Self Service.
- The user navigates to the Bookmarks list under the Home tab. The user locates the Remote Session button and clicks Open.
- The user downloads the Single-Use TeamViewer (QuickSupport) application.
- The user double-clicks the TeamViewer QuickSupport application. (If the administrator has already installed TeamViewer or TeamViewer Host, the user must click the browser button to launch the installed TeamViewer application).
- If necessary, the user must grant TeamViewer Screen Recording privileges and restart the application when prompted.
- The user must click Allow when prompted to join the remote access session.
