Prior to configuring the SMTP server settings for Microsoft Graph API in Jamf Pro, Jamf recommends reading the Configuring Jamf Pro to Use Microsoft Graph API for SMTP technical article to ensure your Microsoft Entra environment is configured to allow for integration with Jamf Pro.
In Jamf Pro, click Settings
in the sidebar.
In the System section, click SMTP
server
.
Choose Microsoft Graph API from the Authentication method pop-up menu.
Enter your tenant ID in the Tenant ID field.
Enter your client ID in the Client ID field.
Enter your client secret in the Client secret field.
In the Sender email address field, enter the email address you want emails to be sent from.
Note:This email address must be one of the accounts in the Exchange group you configured as a prerequisite.
Click Save.
Jamf Pro is now configured to use Microsoft Graph API to send email notifications.
