1. In Jamf Pro, click Settings in the sidebar.
2. In the Computer management section, click Inventory collection .
3. Click Edit .
4. On the General pane, select the checkbox for each inventory item you want to collect.
5. To collect Application Usage information or add custom paths in which to search for applications, do the following:
   1. Click the Software tab, and then click Applications.
   2. To collect Application Usage information, select the Collect Application Usage Information checkbox.
   3. To add a custom search path, click Add. Then enter the full path for the location you want to search and the platform to which it applies.
   4. Repeat step c to specify additional custom search paths as needed.
6. To collect fonts and add custom paths in which to search for fonts, do the following:
   1. Click the Software tab, and then click Fonts.
   2. Select the Collect Fonts checkbox.
   3. To add a custom search path, click Add. Then enter the full path for the location you want to search and the platform to which it applies.
   4. Repeat step c to specify additional custom search paths as needed.
7. To collect plug-ins and add custom paths in which to search for plug-ins, do the following:
   1. Click the Software tab, and then click Plug-ins.
   2. Select the Collect Plug-ins checkbox.
   3. To add a custom search path, click Add. Then enter the full path for the location you want to search and the platform to which it applies.
   4. Repeat step c to specify additional custom search paths as needed.
8. Click Save .
