Configuring global App Installers settings allows you to customize the end user experience for all App Installers deployments in your Jamf Pro instance in one place. You can use the default settings implemented by Jamf Pro or customize each setting.

For more information about the default settings and customization, see End User Experience.

Note:

The settings specified for individual App Installers deployments will override the global settings. This allows you to customize the settings for individual deployments. If you wish to transition your existing deployments to the global settings, remove the settings for your individual deployments.

  1. In Jamf Pro, click Settings in the sidebar.
  2. In the Computer management section, click App Installers .
  3. Click the End user experience tab.
  4. Click Edit .
  5. Configure the settings for each option by doing one of the following:

    • Select Default to implement the default Jamf Pro settings.

    • Select Global to customize the settings.

  6. Click Save .

The settings are applied to all App Installers deployments in your Jamf Pro instance.
