When a requester performs a search, Self Service searches the App Store in addition to the content available in Self Service. When the requester taps on an App Store result, they are presented with the app details.

When the requester taps Request App, a form similar to the following displays:

All fields require user input before the Submit button is activated.

When a request is submitted, an email containing the request details is automatically sent to approvers. After all approvals are given, you can use Jamf Pro to either automatically install the app on the devices included in the request or make the app available in Self Service for users to install themselves.
