  1. In Jamf Pro, click Settings in the sidebar.
  2. In the Global section, click Categories .
  3. Click New.
  4. Enter a display name and choose a priority for the category.
    Note:

    Priority is used for displaying the category in Self Service.

  5. Click Save.
