In the Global section, click Cloud services connection.
Enter your Jamf ID credentials.
Note:
The Cloud Services connection must be on the parent account to enable the connection for Managed Service Provider (MSP) customers. The Jamf ID to use depends on the type of MSP account:
Annual MSP —Use the Jamf ID that is tied to the end-user account because the Jamf Pro license is on that account.
Monthly MSP —The Jamf Pro license is on the parent MSP account, not the end-user account. Any Jamf ID on this account will be able to enable the Cloud Services connection.
Click Save .
A message displays reporting the success or failure of the connection.
After enabling the connection, your Jamf Pro instance is automatically connected to the Icon Service, and new Self Service icons uploaded to Jamf Pro are stored in the cloud-based Icon Service rather than in your Jamf Pro database. This results in improved database performance and reduced memory usage.
