With Jamf Now, you can change the time zone on a supervised iPad or iPhone with iPadOS or iOS 14 or later.

Note:

The time zone cannot be changed on devices assigned to a blueprint with the Automatically Set Date and Time restriction enabled.

  1. Log in the Jamf Now.
  2. Do one of the following:

    • To update a single device, click on the device you want to edit.

    • To update a group of devices, from the Devices page, use the filter options in the top-right corner to select a group of devices.

    • To update all eligible devices, navigate to the Devices page.

  3. Click the Action pop-up menu (•••) in the top-right corner and select "Change time zone".
  4. Search for and select the desired time zone.
  5. (Optional) Select the Apply this time zone to the device with each sync checkbox.
  6. Click Save Time Zone.
The time zone will be updated when devices sync with Jamf Now.
