Replacing the Server Token File with Apple Business

  1. Log in to Jamf Now.
  2. Click Auto-Enrollment.
  3. Click Renew.
  4. Click Open Apple Business.
  5. Log in to Apple Business.
  6. If prompted, follow the onscreen instructions to verify your identity.
  7. Click Devices at the top of the page.
  8. Click Management Services in the sidebar.
  9. Select your server name listed under Device Management Services.
  10. Click the Action pop-up menu (•••) in the top-right corner of the page, choose Download Token, and save the file to your computer.
  11. Navigate back to Jamf Now and click Next until you reach "Upload Server Token".
  12. Drag and drop the downloaded token, or click browse to select the new token from your directory.
  13. Click Done.

The Automated Device Enrollment instance is renewed for one more year, as indicated by the updated token expiration date.
