Replacing the Public Key File in Apple Business

  1. Log in to Jamf Now.
  2. Click Auto-Enrollment.
  3. Click Renew.
  4. Click the Need a public key pop-up menu and choose Generate a new public key.
  5. Click the MDM-Token-Public-Key.pem button to download the new public key.
  6. Log in to Apple Business.
  7. If prompted, follow the onscreen instructions to verify your identity.
  8. Click Devices at the top of the page.
  9. Click Management Services in the sidebar.
  10. Select your server name listed under Device Management Services.
  11. Click the Action pop-up menu (•••) in the top-right corner of the page and choose Edit.
  12. Click Replace Certificate and upload the new public key (.pem) you downloaded from Jamf Now.
  13. Click Save.
  14. Return to Jamf Now and click Next.
  15. Drag and drop or click browse to upload your server token (.p7m).
  16. Click Done.
