Replacing the Public Key File in Apple School Manager

  1. Log in to Jamf Now.
  2. Click Auto-Enrollment.
  3. Click Renew.
  4. Click the Need a public key pop-up menu and choose Generate a new public key.
  5. Click the MDM-Token-Public-Key.pem button to download the new public key.
  6. Log in to Apple School Manager.
  7. If prompted, follow the onscreen instructions to verify your identity.
  8. Click on your account name in the lower-left corner, and then choose Preferences from the pop-up menu.
  9. Select your server name listed under Your MDM Servers.
  10. Select the new public key file (.pem) you downloaded from Jamf Now.
  11. Click Save.
  12. Click Download MDM Server Token and save it to your computer.

    The server token file extension is .p7m.
