Jamf Now Balance is a pre-payment option for Jamf Now. The value you pre-pay for with Jamf Now Balance is stored in your account and only charged after you use the service in a given month. For more information on ways to pay for Jamf Now, see Jamf Now Billing Options.

To purchase Jamf Now Balance, contact a Jamf Partner. For more information, see the Jamf Partner Directory.

You can reload Jamf Now Balance in your Jamf Now account.

Calculate how much Jamf Now Balance to pre-purchase by doing the following:

  1. Note your total number of devices.

    To view the number of currently enrolled devices, see Viewing the Current Number of Devices.

  2. Multiply that number by the number of months of service you want to pre-pay for.

  3. Multiply that new number by the monthly cost per device, as indicated by Jamf Now.

Note:If you enroll more devices than is covered by your amount of Jamf Now Balance, your Jamf Now account will be suspended at the next billing period. You must update your payment information to reactive your account.

If you permanently delete your Jamf Now account, any unused balance is forfeited.
