The tab contains devices that are assigned to Jamf Now in Apple Business. The enrollment status of each device displays next to the device name. Below are the possible enrollment statuses:
- Ready for Enrollment
- This status occurs when the device is recognized by Jamf Now, but it does not have a record in the Devices Inventory . The device will automatically enroll during the next device setup.
- Unenrolled
- This status indicates that the device was previously enrolled and that Jamf Now contains the device record. It occurs when the Unenroll command is sent. An unenrolled device will re-enroll unless you remove it from
Apple Business.
- Enrolling
- This status displays during installation of the MDM profile and does not last for an extended period of time during a successful installation. If a device remains in the Enrolling status, you can re-enroll it or use Open Enrollment.
- Enrolled
- This status indicates that the MDM profile is installed and the device is enrolled in Jamf Now. Device enrollment enables supervision, Apple Push Notification service, app installation, and deployment of configuration profiles.
