Confirm device serial numbers are displayed in Jamf Now under .
To enroll a new device, turn on the device and follow the Setup Assistant steps.
During the Setup Assistant process, connect to Wi-Fi.
When the Remote Management screen displays on the device, Jamf Now management will install on the device, and the device will appear as managed under the Devices tab in Jamf Now.
When the Home screen or desktop displays on the device, the device will begin applying Jamf Now settings, restrictions, and apps.
For an already setup iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV, you need to erase the device to have it trigger Automatic Enrollment in to Jamf Now.
