(Wi-Fi only devices) Devices are connected to a network that does not prevent app installation from Apple
(Cellular devices) Devices are connected to Wi-Fi if the app is 200 MB or larger
Note:If your devices have unlimited cellular data, you can configure them to install all apps using cellular data. To enable this on the device, navigate to and choose Always Allow. A weak cellular connection may still prevent installing apps.

If a device was enrolled with Open Enrollment, a prompt displays requiring the user to approve the installation when Jamf Now deploys an app for the first time. This prompt only appears during the initial installation and not during subsequent updates.
