Uploading package files to Jamf Now is a technical process. If you have any questions, email Jamf Now Support at support@jamfnow.com.

Requirements

Packages need to be signed and built as a distribution package. For more information, see Building and Signing Mac Packages.
Packages must be 20 GB or smaller.

Log in to Jamf Now.
Click Apps.
Click Add an App.
Click Upload Your App.
Drag your custom .pkg file onto the upload page or click Browse to search for it on your computer.
When the file has been uploaded, it will appear in your Apps page and is ready for deployment via a blueprint.

Note:

You cannot uninstall Mac packages from computers with Jamf Now. To remove packaged apps from a Mac, Jamf recommends contacting the app's developer to see if a package uninstaller exists for the specific packaged application. You can then upload that uninstaller in to Jamf Now and deploy it to the Mac to uninstall the app.
