When you delete your Jamf Now account, an Unenroll Device command is sent to all managed devices. This command removes the Jamf Now MDM profile, resulting in the removal of Jamf Now managed settings, such as restrictions, managed apps and app data, and managed email accounts and delivered emails to those accounts. Any device-level settings not managed by Jamf Now are unaffected. Any unused Jamf Now Balance is forfeited.

Note:If you no longer plan to use Jamf Now, Jamf recommends logging in to Apple Business or Apple School Manager to unassign devices from the Jamf Now MDM server. This ensures that devices do not attempt to automatically enroll in to Jamf Now during their next setup, or become stuck on the Remote Management screen. For more information about unassigning devices in Apple Business or Apple School Manager, see Assign, reassign or unassign devices in Apple Business in the Apple Business User Guide, or Assign, reassign, or unassign devices in Apple School Manager in the Apple School Manager User Guide.
Warning:

Deleting your Jamf Now account cannot be undone.
