Using blueprints allows you to configure settings, applications, and restrictions for your devices. You must create a blueprint for each operating system, then assign devices to the correct blueprint. Assigning a blueprint deploys your configuration to each in-scope device.

Devices can only be assigned to one blueprint at a time. Assigning the blueprint overrides any existing settings, apps, and restrictions on the assigned devices. When you update a blueprint, changes automatically apply to all assigned devices.
