Checking the Jamf Now App Installers apps list
Before building a package, Jamf recommends checking the Jamf Now App Installers apps list for your package. Adding the package from the App Installers apps list has the following benefits:

You do not need to manually package the app, which requires an Apple Developer Account.

You do not need to test the app before deploying it to users.

You can use Jamf Now to automatically update App Installers apps.

Jamf Now only supports PKG files for package deployment. If you have an app that is not available in the PKG file type, you need to repackage the DMG as a signed PKG file before distributing it with Jamf Now.
