Important Notice for Mac App Installation
Packages deployed by Jamf Now may not install on computers with macOS 14.0. This issue is resolved for macOS 14.1. Jamf recommends you upgrade your computers to macOS 14.1.
If you cannot upgrade a Mac:
Restart the Mac.
Resend the installation command.
Log in to Jamf Now.
Select the Mac for which you would like to deploy the app.
Click Mac Apps.
Click the Action pop-up menu (•••) to the right of the app you want to install and select Install on this device.
Click Install.
