Jamf Migrate for macOS is a solution, delivered by Jamf Professional Services, that helps IT administrators migrate their organization's computers to Jamf Pro from another MDM solution (including other Jamf Pro instances).
The Jamf Migrate setup engagement is completed during one 30-minute discovery session and one 4-hour implementation session with Jamf Professional Services. After the engagement, Jamf Customer Success will contact you to verify your migration progress every 30 days for four months.
Jamf Professional Services works with you to set up the Jamf Migrate workflow in your environment.
You test the workflow on a small set of non-production computers and verify Jamf Migrate meets your requirements.
Jamf Migrate is deployed to target computers, usually in stages, in your environment, and you can begin monitoring the migration process using Jamf Pro.
