[PI122853] The Jamf Connect menu bar no longer produces an error message after a user is successfully promoted to a local administrator.
[PI123460] Jamf Connect configurations using the Verify User Promotion (
VerifyUserPromotion) setting now allow users to verify their credentials when Windows Integrated Authentication is enabled.
These improvements will be available in an upcoming release of Jamf Connect.
Changes and Improvements
The Jamf Connect login window is redesigned to resemble the native login window on macOS 14 or later. This redesign applies to local login and network authentication user experiences.
Resolved Issues
[PI121458] Jamf Connect menu bar configurations with Kerberos now provide more accurate error messaging.
[PI121842] The Jamf Connect login window no longer displays the following error when attempting to authenticate with an Okta account on the Change Password screen: "Login Authentication failed, reason: Api validation failed: newPassword. newPassword: The field cannot be left blank"
[PI121901, PI123774] The Jamf Connect login window no longer incorrectly displays "Wi-Fi networks are currently unavailable" during login, and now correctly indicates which network is currently selected on computers running macOS 15 Sequoia.
