- Do one of the following to delete the account management capabilities in Self Service+ (formerly the Jamf Connect menu bar app):
Remove computers from the scope of the policy that installs Self Service+.
Manually move Self Service+ from /Applications to the Trash.
- Do one of the following to remove the com.jamf.connect.plist file from computers:
Remove computers from the configuration profile scope in your MDM solution.
Manually delete the preference file on computers.
- Remove the Self Service+ launch agent from /Library/LaunchAgents.Note:
When you install Self Service+ on computers, the installer package will automatically remove any previously installed versions of Jamf Connect Sync or Jamf Connect Verify from computers.
