When the Jamf Trust app is activated, the Per-App VPN profile is deleted and a new device-wide VPN is created.

Ensure you have configured the ProfileId custom data/configuration key and its respective value in the Per-App VPN profile.

The VPN icon appears, but app data doesn't load correctly.

  1. Ensure that you have created a wildcard access policy for Per-App VPN and assigned it to the necessary device groups.
  2. Ensure that your test device and user have been authorized to access the requested resource and are not violating any defined security policies.
