Verify the connection by pinging the ICMP Pingable Address shown in Jamf Security Cloud from a Google instance that lives on a network subnet that was defined in the virtual network gateway configuration. If the tunnel is in an active state, but traffic is not routing between your end user devices and servers, verify the following:
- You have configured an access policy correctly for the hostname being accessed and that you see the connection requests in Jamf Security Cloud when you navigate to .
That all routing is configured correctly in your environment including the Customer Gateway, VPN Connection, and other Google connections.
If the connection is not established after a few minutes, re-validate all configurations on both sides of the VPN connection.
