Use this process to establish an IPSec interconnect between Jamf Security Cloud and your Cloudflare environment.

  1. Log in to your Cloudflare management portal.
  2. Select Magic WAN and Manage Magic WAN configuration.
  3. Click Create and select IPSec Tunnel.
  4. Complete the required fields using an interface address that does not clash with the range you provided in the Jamf Security Cloud configuration.
    Note:

The Customer endpoint address is the Jamf Security Cloud IPSec source IP address specified during IPSec configuration in Jamf Security Cloud.

  5. Select Use my own pre-shared key and enter the secret generated in the previous section.
  6. Click Add Tunnels (not add IPSec Tunnel).
  7. Return to Manage Magic WAN configuration and select Static Routes.
  8. Create a new Static Route. The prefix must be the Jamf Subnet created in the previous section (e.g. 10.0.0.0/24).
