Jamf Connect's Zero Trust Network Access reports give insights into the corporate device usage of your users.
Applications Report

Access this report in Jamf Security Cloud by navigating to Reports > Access > Applications.

The Applications report allows you to see the number of connections for each of your configured applications. You can view the total number of requests, the number of allowed and denied requests, and the time of day when these requests were made. The category report shows you what types of applications are the most popular in your device fleet.

Use the filters on the right to narrow down the report by date range, type of application, and whether a connection was either allowed or denied. Click the + icon before an application name to look at detailed usage stats for that particular application.

User Activity Report

Access this report in Jamf Security Cloud by navigating to Reports > Access > User Activity.

The User Activity report shows you who your most active users are, and which applications they access from their devices. You can select a user to see a time-based report of their activity, based on the date filters selected.

You can also see detailed information for a specific user by typing their email address into the User Filter of a particular device.

Event Logs

Access this report in Jamf Security Cloud by navigating to Reports > Access > Event Log.

The Event Logs provide a highly detailed view of every Zero Trust Network Access connection that was sent via a configured application.

Routing Analytics

Access this report in Jamf Security Cloud by navigating to Reports > Access > Routing Analytics.

The Routing Analytics report is a visual representation of all connections via Zero Trust Network Access configured applications. Users or user groups are shown on the left, egresses in the middle, and the configured applications on the right.
