If you're seeing unexpected results:
Verify that Jamf Connect's Zero Trust Network Access is enabled in the Jamf Trust app.
Ensure that you've configured the Okta Access Policy in Jamf Security Cloud correctly.
Make sure that you've followed all steps for configuring the sign-on policies, and there are no other pre-existing policies that might conflict with them.
Use the Azure Sign-In monitor report to look for possible mis-configurations.
Restart your browser to clear the cache.
Try another browser if the problem persists.
