If you're seeing unexpected results:

  • Verify that Jamf Connect's Zero Trust Network Access is enabled in the Jamf Trust app.

  • Ensure that you've configured the Okta Access Policy in Jamf Security Cloud correctly.

  • Make sure that you've followed all steps for configuring the sign-on policies, and there are no other pre-existing policies that might conflict with them.

  • Use the Azure Sign-In monitor report to look for possible mis-configurations.

  • Restart your browser to clear the cache.

  • Try another browser if the problem persists.
