Enroll a device into Jamf Connect's Zero Trust Network Access, ensuring the connection is activated.

  1. Open an app that was configured in the Sign On policy.
  2. If necessary, log out of the app.
  3. Log in to the app using your Okta credentials and note whether you are successful.
  4. Log out of the app and disable Zero Trust Network Access in the Jamf Trust app.
  5. Attempt to log in to the app again. You should receive an error message informing you that you cannot log in.
Your Okta apps can now only be accessed by devices running Zero Trust Network Access.
