  • Verify that Jamf Connect's Zero Trust Network Access is enabled in the Jamf Trust app.

  • Ensure that you've configured the Okta Access Rule in Jamf Security Cloud correctly.

  • Make sure you have followed all steps for configuring Jamf Trust as a Factor in Okta.

  • Quit your browser to clear any caches that could be in use.

  • Try another browser if the problem persists.
