You can restrict Exchange ActiveSync access to devices connecting via Jamf Connect's Zero Trust Network Access, blocking connectivity to all others.

Steps include:

  2. Configuring Exchange

  3. Testing the Configuration

Note:

For Exchange Online, it can take up to 24 hours for new Client Access Rules to take effect. Once set up, rule updates are effective within 1 hour.

Therefore, Jamf recommends testing your configuration in a pre-production environment or Exchange Online tenant before committing to production.
