If you are seeing unexpected results:
Verify that Jamf Connect's Zero Trust Network Access is enabled in the Jamf Trust app.
Ensure that you've configured the "Microsoft Authentication" Access Policy in Jamf Security Cloud correctly. "Microsoft 365" alone will not capture this login traffic.
Ensure you have followed all steps for configuring Conditional Access policies, and that all relevant settings are enabled.
Use the Azure Sign-In monitor report to look for possible mis-configurations.
Restart your browser to clear the cache.
Try another browser if the problem persists.
