If you are seeing unexpected results:

  • Verify that Jamf Connect's Zero Trust Network Access is enabled in the Jamf Trust app.

  • Ensure that you've configured the "Microsoft Authentication" Access Policy in Jamf Security Cloud correctly. "Microsoft 365" alone will not capture this login traffic.

  • Ensure you have followed all steps for configuring Conditional Access policies, and that all relevant settings are enabled.

  • Use the Azure Sign-In monitor report to look for possible mis-configurations.

  • Restart your browser to clear the cache.

  • Try another browser if the problem persists.
