If a user has not activated Jamf Connect's Zero Trust Network Access capability, you can create a custom message and instructions that appears on their device.

  1. Return to the Context-Aware Policies panel using the navigation breadcrumbs at the top of the screen.
  2. Click User message.
  3. In the Custom Message field, enter instructions to end users on how to enable Zero Trust Network Access.
    Note:

    Jamf recommends that you include an Activation Profile Shareable Link, which a user can follow to activate Zero Trust Network Access on their device.

  4. (Optional) Click Preview Message to see how the message will appear on user devices, otherwise click Save.
  5. Click Save.
