A .p12 keystore file generated from an LDAP client in your Google Admin console must be installed on computers to allow Jamf Connect to sync user passwords.
You can use Jamf School to deploy this file by uploading it to the Certificates payload in a profile.
- In Jamf School, navigate to in the sidebar.
- Click + Create Profile.
- Select the macOS operating system.
- Select the Device Enrollment enrollment type, and then click Next.
- Enter a name in the Profile name field, and then click Next.
- Ensure the Use time filter checkbox is deselected, and then click Finish.
- In the list of payloads on the left side of the pane, locate the General payload category and click the Certificates payload.
- Click Choose File, and then upload the .p12 file.
- In the Password field, enter the LDAP keystore password.
- Select the Allow all apps to access the private key in the Keychain checkbox.
- Click Upload certificate.
- In the list of payloads on the left side of the pane, locate the General category and click the Scope payload.
- Configure the scope of the profile by clicking the + icon and adding device groups to the profile scope using the pop-up menu.
- Click Save.
The profile is deployed to the target device groups.
