If the gateway is marked as active but traffic is not passing through it, check the following:

  • That you have correctly configured an access policy for the hostname being accessed, such that you can see the connection requests in the Jamf Security Cloud portal by going to Reports > Access > Event log.

  • That the remote server or app does not prevent the traffic from leaving the gateway via one of the assigned private IPs.
