Dedicated internet gateways route traffic to the internet through Jamf Security Cloud using a pair of IP addresses specific to your environment.

Note:

The dedicated internet gateway option is available as a paid add-on, enabled by your Jamf Account Team. Provisioning takes up to two business days.

For assistance, log in to Jamf Account, click Resource Center in the lower-left corner of the page, and then click Contact Jamf Account Team.

Requirements

A Jamf Security Cloud account configured with permissions or super administrator permissions.

  1. Log in to Jamf Security Cloud and navigate to Integrations > Access gateways.
  2. Select the Dedicated gateways tab.
  3. In the Dedicated internet gateway section, click Create gateway.
  4. In the Create dedicated internet gateway window, complete the fields as follows:
    Gateway name
The name of the gateway as it will appear in your access policies
    Contact name
The name of the person deploying the gateway
    Contact email
The email address of the person deploying the gateway
    Egress region
The region where the gateway is deployed and from which the traffic goes out to the internet
    Note:

The egress region cannot be changed once the gateway is created.

  5. Click Save and create.

The new gateway is displayed in the Dedicated internet gateway list, with a Pending status. After a short period, the status changes to Active, and you can view the assigned IP addresses by clicking the name of the gateway.
