Access to your organization's Okta Classic Engine admin console.
An existing Okta app integration with OpenID Connect 2.0.
In your organization's Okta Classic Engine admin console, navigate to the Sign On Policy section. Confirm that the Actions section under the Default sign on rule contains the text Allow access. Instead, if the text reads Require multifactor, Jamf recommends the use of an alternative Okta-based solution.
To enforce multifactor authentication at the login window, see Configuring Okta to use MFA at the Jamf Connect Login Window to avoid incorrect reported login failures and other potential issues.
Your Jamf Connect configuration and Okta Classic Engine are ready to be used.
