  1. In a new browser tab or window, log in to your Azure AD portal.
  2. Navigate to the Users panel.
  3. Click Multi-Factor Authentication in the button bar above the table of users that appears.
  4. Click Service Settings.
  5. In the Trusted IPs text area, add the Cloud Internet Gateway IP addresses for Jamf Connect's Zero Trust Network Access in CIDR notation. For more information, see Zero Trust Network Access Cloud Internet Gateways.
    Note:

    Put each IP address on its own row with the suffix /32.

  6. Click Save.
